According to my Lifestyle DNA test results, I metabolize caffeine pretty quickly—which means my body breaks it down and clears it out faster than average. So I’m less likely to get those jittery or anxious side effects. That probably explains why I felt totally fine after downing seven shots of espresso during my visit to the Illy Coffee headquarters in Italy.
